We are currently recruiting for the following position

Registered Nurse Grade 5 – Unit Coordinator

Yallambee has an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse in a Unit Coordinator role. The role will report directly to our Care Manager Margery Cole and be responsible for managing, directing, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of care to all residents within their designated houses.

The position is permanent, part time at .9 (72 hours per fortnight), Monday – Friday, hours 0700 – 1530

Enrolled Nurse Team Leader

Yallambee has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to manage a designated area in a Team Leader role.

The role will report directly to their Unit Coordinator. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing, directing, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of care to all residents within their designated houses under the supervision and direction of the Unit Coordinator. They are to support the Unit Coordinator to oversee the standard of practice of the Personal Care Workers by ensuring the standard of care delivered to the residents meets the Aged Care Standards, the Policies and Procedures of the organisation, best practice nursing care, nurses professional practice standards and the Vision and Values of Yallambee.
