A completed application form is required in order to be placed on the waiting list.

When a unit becomes available a holding deposit is required. The balance of the ingoing fee (the Initial Rental Contribution) and the completion of the Licenced Agreement are required before taking up residency.

Fees

Each unit type has an ingoing lump sum fee, the Initial Rental Contribution.

At the cessation of the licence agreement 70% of the Initial Rental Contribution is repayable to the resident or their estate. The repayment is a greater percentage for stays of less than 10 years.

A Fortnightly Maintenance Fee also applies. It is set according to the Retirement Village Act and is adjusted annually.

It is payable monthly in advance by direct debit from a bank account.
