LATEST RESTRICTIONS ON COVID WITHIN RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE IN VICTORIA

4 January 2021

Given the emerging status of active COVID cases in the Victorian community, the Department of Health and Human Services Victoria has updated its advice for all Residential Aged Care Facilities within Victoria.

This include updates to screening of both visitors and staff
Additional visitor restrictions
Updates to resident movement within and outside of Margery Cole
Staff cohorting and wearing of eye protection
Reintroduction of contact tracing on entry to house within facility
