Full-time Position ( 76 hours per fortnight) .

Personal Care Worker

Yallambee currently has exciting opportunities for experienced and enthusiastic Personal Care Workers to join our clinical services team. The successful applicants will be part of a dynamic team of dedicated and caring staff who understand each resident’s needs, goals and preferences to optimise their health and well being.

Personal Care Workers are an integral member of the care team, delivering personal care to our frail and aged residents. The Personal Care Worker works under the direction of the Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse and is responsible to ensure their focus is primarily on delivering the highest quality of care and customer service, within their scope of practice, for each individual resident.

Registered Nurse (Grade 5) Nurse In Charge (After Hours)

Yallambee currently has exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses to join our clinical services team. The successful applicants will be part of a dynamic clinical team of dedicated and caring staff who understand each resident’s needs, goals and preferences to optimise their health and well being. 

The Nursing Coordinator (Grade 5) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the care delivered at Margery Cole on evening, weekend and public holiday shifts. The Nursing Coordinator will be allocated to this responsibility on each after hours shift and will be responsible to the Director of Care for overseeing, allocating, monitoring and evaluating the delivery of care to all residents within the facility in addition to meeting the Registered Nurse Standards of Practice as detailed by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. 

Permanent Part Time and Casual positions available.

PM / Night Shifts and Weekend Shifts Available.

Registered Nurse Grade 5 – Clinical Care Co-ordinator

Yallambee has an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse in a Clinical Care Coordinator role. The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible to the Director of Care (DOC) for the overall coordination of care delivery across Margery Cole.

The Clinical Care Coordinator will lead and motivate the clinical team through positivity and passion, building respectful relationships between residents, families, health professionals and staff. Ensuring the team understand the importance of treating residents as individuals and with respect and dignity.

The Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible to oversee, allocate, monitor and evaluate the delivery of care to residents within a multidisciplinary team. Liaising with representatives and health professions in order to establish comprehensive documentation, sound processes and clear guidelines whilst achieving legislative and procedural compliance. 

The position is Permanent Part Time (FTE 0.9) – Full Time
