At Yallambee, you’ll be supported by an experienced clinical team, including our Executive Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Care Coordinators, Quality Manager and Nursing Leaders. As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide high-quality personal care and support, helping residents with their daily needs while promoting dignity, independence, comfort and wellbeing. You’ll work as an integral member of our care team, taking the time to understand each resident’s individual needs, goals and preferences. Permanent part-time weekend, PM and night shifts, plus casual opportunities, are available.
